This may not be on the topic but... whenever I post a picture. Sometimes it shows up as an image icon. Does anyone know how to get rid of it and make the real image show? >.<

it could be the image link is not supported, or just broken.
in order to fix this kind of thing, you should upload the image to sites like tinypic or imgur
those are image hosting sites, and they keep your image forever.
i'm mostly talking about imgur, because i personally have never used tinypic, but i heard it works well.
also, if you are just directly taking the image of a site, check to make sure the site doesn't have rules against hotlinking.
hotlinking is when you just pull the image of the site, so maybe that is the issue.
one last thing is the image could have been removed or deleted, so make sure to double check

How do you layer a photo eith the column/line? like with @Chrome signature where the person is layered under the column/line.

@Frozen Fanatic: Once the text looks the way you want it, right click the image and click "copy image location". Put the resulting url in between an [ img][ /img] code.
You may want to save the image to a hosting website so that it's undoubtedly permanent.

@TigressMin & Weeping Angel: Happy to help! I too actually use this thread as a reference. Making the tutorial gave me a good excuse to also dump all of my symbols somewhere, so I often visit the Text Manipulation post when I am coding.

I try to use Free Online Image Editor to resize images for my signature.

It works, but here is my problem.

If i save if it to my COMPUTER, then i can't access it because that only works for avatars.

May someone help me? <3
