She glanced down at Venompaw, then looked up at Riverstorm. "We made up last night." She purred happily. "How are you?" She asked Riverstorm. 'I wonder if Venompaw feels bad for Riverstorm now...' She chuckled on the inside.

Riverstorm nodded, "Glad to hear it." He purred. "I'm doing pretty well, how about yourself?" the tom asked.

"I'm very happy." She purred. "Apparently Venompaw has insomnia." She slightly frowned. "But, she said she's chosen to live with it." She brought her muzzle up to Riverstorm's ear. "I have no idea what she means by that, but..." She whispered.

Riverstorm shrugged, and looked into Flamewing's eyes. He paused for a moment before shaking his head, "Okay, I was going to say something but then I got lost in your eyes. Gosh, why do you gotta go and have such nice eyes, huh? Making me forget what I was going to say.." He said, mock sulking. "Oh, yeah, I remember now. Okay, I mean if she wants to live with her insomnia, then I say we let her. It's her choice and we can't make her do anything." Riverstorm said with another shrug.

She nodded. "You're always right Riverstorm." She chuckled. "And thanks for saying that about my eyes, I really like yours too!" She laughed softly, brushing her pelt with his. "You're so romantic." She teased.

Riverstorm smiled and licked Flamewing's cheek. "Hmm, I refuse to admit to being romantic. I am just as much of a jerk as when you first met me." He teased,his eyes sparkling with mischief.

She rolled her eyes playfully. "Jerk? You're the nicest cat I've ever met." She laughed. "You've helped me with all my problems, and if you really were a jerk, I have a feeling we wouldn't be sitting together." She looked into his eyes. "You seem like you're planning something..." She teased.

"Mayybee…" Riverstorm said, trying to look innocent. "Race you to the west border," He said, then got up and quickly walked out of the camp. Once he was out, he took off in a sprint.

She gasped, laughter shining in her green eyes. "I knew it!" She bounded after Riverstorm, just seeing his tail disappear undergrowth. She leapt over bushes and roots, trying her best not to trip and fall over. If she did, she would fall far behind. She saw his tail flicker in and out of sight, and she laughed. "Here I come!"

Riverstorm slowed down enough so he was beside Flamewing. "I've been training." He said, but wasn't watching where he was going. The large tom clumsily tripped over a root jutting up from the earth and stumbled. He saw Flamewing pull far ahead, and he got back on his paws and chased after her.
