Miles laughs, turning to the other girl. "Anything to say to that, Miss Niami?"

Niami looks up to Miles, "huh wha?" she was half asleep and stopped listening to them a while ago

Ivy laughed. "Thanks for making my point. I was saying that the only person who might be as lazy as Miles would be you," she explained.

Miles

Miles smiles. "Inattentive is arguable, but I'm not sure you have lazy over me, Niami. Ivy here hasn't seen me off the job yet."

Niami yawned and shrugged, "Seeing how you two were talking about something other than video games, I stopped caring"

"If this is how you are on the job, I'd hate to see you off the job. But for the record you win. You're the laziest one here," Ivy said.

Miles

"Hooray~" Miles says, with about 50% enthusiasm. He smiles, rubbing his neck. "It's usual for Mei to be late but if the others don't get here soon I might have to storm the kitchen." At the mention of this, the dividing curtain to the kitchen shifts and Miles puts his hand on the hilt of his sword, though no one comes out of the kitchen.

Niami closed her eyes once more resting her head in her arms

Nova nodded slightly, "well have you told everyone about lunch? If you have would you like to head over with me?"

Ivy watched the curtain that separated them from the kitchen. Her eyes flicked from there to the hand Miles had on his sword. She wondered if he thought something bad was about to happen, but she didn't worry much about it.

Miles quickly settled back into his seat, almost as though nothing had happened. "Well, uh, what do we do now?"
