"Well," Flamewing began. "We're not your parents. We care for you, and we're here for you. There's no need to be bitter." She said softly. "You'll make a fine warrior, I can tell. But you always can't be upset. The past is in the past, and now you should worry about the cats who care about you. Like me, Greenstar and Sootcloud. Worry about yourself, not your parents who aren't here to torment you." She licked the top of Venompaw's head. "Cheer up, because only two cats don't like you, not everyone else. And if you begin to be nice, everyone will want to be your friend."

VenomPaw looked up at FlameWing and rested her head on her chest purring

Flamewing licked Venompaw's head. "There we go Venompaw, relax." She purred.

VenomPaw purred loudly. She yawned 'I haven't had sleep in 3 days' she thought cuddled with FlameWing she fell asleep rested upon FlameWing's chest

She gently picked her up, and carried her to the Warrior's den. She laid down, and curled up around Venompaw. She licked Venompaw, saying soothing words. "Have sweet dreams little one." She purred.

VenomPaw purred in her sleep, though hearing the words she slept peacefully

Flamewing rested her head, but watched the busy clan. The clan was large, and she was happy that she was able to help a bitter cat become kind. She saw cats leave and enter, very few ever holding prey. 'Hopefully this leaf-bare won't be harsh.' She thought, curling her tail around Venompaw.

VenomPaw sniffled as the breeze blew into hernose she rested her head on her paws

She placed her tail in front of Venompaw's nose to block the wind, but not to much so she wouldn't breath in her fur. "What a good apprentice..." She said softly.
