This has always kind of bothered me;

When someone cancels a trade without a message.
Hey, I get that people are busy and whatnot, and that they aren't entitled to give me an explanation. But even a "no thanks" seems better than just a cancelled message. It makes me feel like I did something wrong, or offended them with my offer ;-;

Dude! Just show up for freaking work already! I too have a life outside of this place, and it isn't easy! I have stresses and worries, things happening on a daily basis that wind up being put on hold because I have to cover for you again for the fourth time this week. Just ask for a weeks break!! WE WILL GIVE YOU ONE!!
And another thing, boo hoo your car is broken down! I have offered you a ride three times this week. Oh but you can't take it, why? Because your car is broken down, you're stupid...
