Flamewing frowned on the inside. 'I hope they aren't as caring as their mother towards me...' She didn't exactly enjoy the thought of a army of tiny Sootcloud's against her.

Greenstar looked at his mate and their kits, his chest puffed out in pride.

Pineleap smiled. "When they become apperentices, may I have the honor of being their mentor?" Pineleap said, purring at the kits.

Greenstar shrugged, and nudged Pineleap's shoulder with his. "You never know." He joked, watching the kits squirm to get closer to their mother.

Pineleap laughed, still looking at the kits. "I bet they will have the time of lives!" He said excitingly.

(I have no idea why I made this post this long, even though Flamewing is only thinking to herself.)


Dipping her head, Flamewing padded out of the nursery. 'Good for them! Kits are wonderful!' She thought happily. She padded over to the back of the camp to think. 'Kits are wonderful... I just wished my duties aloud me to have them. Well, not allow me to have them, just...' She sighed. She swept her gaze around the camp from where she was, in the back. "Just that I could have them without having to take a break from my responsibilities." She sighed out loud. She looked around for Riverstorm. "No sign of him." She said under her breath. "Am I being to selfish?" She asked out loud to herself. "No, I am staying true to my duties. Greenstar lost a life, I can't just take a break now." She sighed. She got up from the back of camp and out into the forest to hunt.

Riverstorm saw Flamewing padding off into the forest, and followed her quietly. "Flamewing?" He said, his voice soft. He tried his best not to startle the she-cat, and hoped he would succeed in not scaring the pelt off her.

She unsheathed her claws, gripping the ground to steady herself. Turning around, she released the breath she didn't even know she was holding in. "Riverstorm! Its good to see you!" She purred. "Are you ok? Were you injured in the battle?" She asked, her mood suddenly changing.

Adderstripe
Adderstripe looked around camp, and went back into the forest. He walked up to Robin's fence again. "Robin, I'm back," He said, and yawned.
