She notes the ears going down and sighs."Well i figured you needed someone to talk to and mother would have came over but father found a little colt on the castle doorstep and they are tending to him now so they sent me."

"So by sending someone just to talk that most likely means that they think I can't take care of myself," Lydia muttered, sitting down on the bed while still looking at her, I just want to help sometimes, but no one lets me, probably because I get in the way too much.

She quite quickly shook her head."No just a friend to talk to, like when i am sad i talk to someone so i figured the same with you."

"Thats a nice offer, Luna, but right now I would prefer to be alone, if you don't mind," Lydia said as softly as she could, laying down with her front hoofs dangling off the side of the bed.

She frowned a little before nodding."Oh.....okay lydia, i'll just leave you alone."She trots to the door with her hoofs making little clacking noises against the ground.

Lydia didn't say anything else, and used her magic to open the door for her, "Thank you for coming though"

She sighs."Your welcome....i guess."She trotted out the door and disapeared around the corner.

Lydia closed the door as she left, and as soon as she couldn't hear the foot-{or would it be hoof? idk}steps anymore she put her head down onto her front hooves, staring at nothing.

She had actually decided to sit down right besides Lydia's door so she could at least hear if she was sad.

After a few seconds Lydia blinked again, and shook her head slightly to clear her thoughts, no, just forget about it, its obvious that its not going to happen again, at least be happy for them, she mentally scolded herself, flattening her ears. {wait, can Luna read thoughts like Dotty can?}
