She purred " We'd better split up. " She meowed and raced towards a mouse scent, trying to ignore that sickness that hung in the air like fog. She spotted it, a scrawny mouse, bunching her muscles she landed on it and killed it, it didn't even struggle, like most mice is. Her ear flicked, clamping it in her jaws, for more signs of prey. Their was almost nothing. She raced towards the meeting spot, with a scrawny mouse and a baby finch, Padding in a circle patiently.

She stopped dead, her ears going back. She spun around, fur bristling. She bared her fangs, her eyes blazing in fury.

Flintfoot

He soon dashed into camp, following Riverstorm, Kestrelflight, and Flamewing. He panted, then shook his fur. " Well done! " He wheezed clearly out of breath.

Holding a paw to her head, she turned to Flintfoot. "Wha...? Oh hi Flintfoot." She stuttered. "I couldn't stop, so Riverstorm here had to stop me." She tried to chuckle, but couldn't. "I'm... Not feeling too well... I think I'm going to go sit down." She walked like three steps, and sat down.

She stalked away, looking angry.

Riverstorm smiled slightly. "It was no problem." he followed Flamewing and sat down beside her, his pelt mingling with hers. "Should you go see the medicine cat?" He asked quietly. "Because you don't look like you're feeling too good…" He shot an uneasy glance at Kestrelflame. "Kestrelflame, what's wrong?" He called.

Greenstar meowed an agreement then wandered off. He spotted a meager vole, then ran and pounced on it, quickly killing it. He parted his jaws, but couldn't smell even a hint of prey. "I guess this is the best I can do right now…" he murmured. He walked back towards the meeting spot and found Sootcloud already there. "I only got a vole." He said, dropping it in front of the she-cat.

Flintfoot

He padded over to Flamewing. " I know Riverstorm is taking care of you, but I thought I'd just check on you. " He spoke before looking over her. " You did very well in the race. " He complimented.

Riverstorm watched at Flintfoot walked over, and felt a flame of jealousy licking at his chest. He bit his tongue, not wanting to speak how he felt.

She shifted her paws, the chilly breeze buffeting her logn fur " I got a mouse that was half dead and a baby finch. " SHe snorted, fluffing out her fur against the wind, she clawed at the hard cold dirt, padding over to a little puddle of water lapping up a few drops, in which it almost hurt to swallow, considering it was almost ice. " I think we should head back, all the prey is goign to be in their warm den, considering thats where we shoudl be at the moment. " She purred stalking off towards camp slowly. Entering she heard Kestrelflame whimper, she roughly pushed her aside hissing at her as she passed " Warriors don't whimper, or cry. " She sneered dropping her meager prey in the pile.
