Isabelle - 19 or something
Ember - 24 or 25, he's the oldest
Penny - She's like 16 or 17, she's pretty young and foolish
Sawyer - 20 maybe, maybe around 22

(Okay, sorry I deleted and reposted, but I had a good idea)
What if we do some sort of shipping game? It sounds crazy, but hear me out. People would enter their PK's who are single and ready to mingle along with their preference and we'd pair up random PK's or PK's we'd think they'd go well with. It would be just for fun and it wouldn't be pressuring or forced, so people could support ships and whatnot and get others to mingle or say they'd much rather not have their PK be thought of with that other PK or something (and it doesn't have to be official or supported).
We could also have a "baby planner" game and randomly scheme up who would have good kids with who (as in which ones would look cute with the colors or not)
