Deathbringer melted the chains, because it looked like Starflight wasn't up for it.

Sunny stood up and gently took the egg from Starflight. She was too distracted by the slowly hatching egg to reply to Deathbringer.

[blitz;]

Deathbringer launched out the palace, breaking through a stained glass window.

[zoomzoombadaboom]

Sunny hugged the egg gently to keep it warm, ignoring everything and everyone else.

[corrosive_limes]

Stardust heard glass shatter and looked up. There was a black dragon flying out of the palace. Nudging Starsong, she whispered "I don't think we're needed after all. I think that's Deathbringer".

[blitz;]

Starsong groggily looked up and screamed. "OH MY GOD THAT IS DEATHBRINGER! You guys can lose the camouflage."
...
Deathbringer landed next to Starsong. "Hey." He said, hugging his older sister.

Stardust ruffled her scales and turned an amused shade of golden yellow. "I'll be heading back to the rain forest now." She said and jumped up into the sky and spiraled down into the hole. She let her scales turn green again and flew out the other side of the tunnel.

[blitz;]

Deathbringer and Starsong followed.

Sunny watched her egg as it almost broke open.

("RUSHANDSTREAK WHERE ARE YOUUUUUUUU?" I scream, crying. [XD])
