Thanks, I've been busy with exams and all, but I'm finally back. Two days of school left for me, and they are both half days. I may be posting chapters on my phone tomorrow (if I can get a post up), so I'm not going to be the happy grammar queen.

Don't worry, my grandmother isn't the best with technology either; so it's my father and my family that teaches her how to use it properly.

(I have no words on what to place here...)
Fortunately, Marci stayed away from Lauren and I tonight. Apparently she hates Lauren as much as she does me, and I've only been here for about two hours or so. She seems to be emo (I dislike stereotyping people before I know them), and that's another difference between the two of us. Lauren is actually a happy person herself, and I think that's another reason that Marci hates people.
Well, Lauren gave me a "tour" of the place, and it was actually pretty awkward when I finished. I'm going to write down a detailed description of the tour now...
The first place Lauren had showed me was our room. "Our room" was part dark and band-themed (that was Marci's area), with the bands being displayed in poster form. All of the bands on her wall were: Black Veil Brides, The Guitar Lords, R5, Starlight Alliance, and Blood on the Dancefloor. R5 had been a band I had been a fan of (until I figured that was about the only thing Marci and I had in common.) The other four "bands" were unknown in my mind until that very moment, and I didn't want to see them every time I woke up. Her bed was a black theme, as the bedsheets, bedspread, and pillowcases were completely black.
Onto Lauren's section of the room: Well, Lauren's third was quite a mess of celebrities and books. I saw every
Harry Potter book; several magazine pull-out posters of Josh Hutcherson, Taylor Lautner, Daniel Radcliffe, Jennifer Laurence, all the members of One Direction, along with several other celebrites; and a giant bookshelf. The bookshelf included: The trunk for the
Harry Potter collection; all four
Twilight novels; an entire
The Hunger Games trilogy; and maybe 90 different other books. What I could see of her bed was a purple bedspread and a purple pillowcase.
My section of the room was obviously the smallest. I had a twin bed with a green bedspread, bedsheets, and pillowcase. My wall wasn't filled with posters or books to make my day, and I had a small lamp to top it all off. Even worse was that my bed was next to the window, and that meant I would get to hear every noise around Hollylight as I either did homework or slept. This was a perfect way to start my new life: Getting the hard bed and being treated like a three-year-old. My first reaction to my bed was this: "Where am I going to have space to decorate at?"
Lauren told me this in a kind way: "Well, my subscription to about five different teen magazines here can be shared, and that share would be going to you! I'm sure you brought lots of books for us to read while you have nothing to here."
"Well, I don't have any books, and I need to get a bookshelf and a dresser to place my clothes in," I said in a embarrassed manner, knowing that I could live the life here like the way Lauren was living if I had a bigger area of living space. "I'm sorry if I embarrassed you in any way--"
Lauren immediately interrupted me, ready to say something. "Well, I can take something from downstairs, since there's always something there! You can read all of my books whenever you want, Haley."
"Thanks, Haley," I say.
Well, I'm going to explain everything else that happened tomorrow. I'm getting tired, and I'm going to obviously hit the sack. Maybe something good will happen and no one knows yet.
With love,
Haley. <3
