How often would you be on: I am on CS about 2-3 hours daily, and I check my bookmarks a lot, so I would check everyone's posts, and see if they broke any rules.

What would you say if someone broke a rule: I would notify them what they did wrong through, then I would either tell them through this thread and if they don't see it I will PM them
How often would you be on: I'm on everyday and I stalk this everyday ;-;
