Xylon grinned at Reaper before turning around, his dark eyes recognizing Akaryu. Raising his robotic arm into a wave, he thought to himself. He doesn't look bothered that there's another person on the party. Xylon bit his lip as he motioned for Akaryu to come.

Akaryu slightly stepped forward and gave a small smile. "Nice to meet you, Reaper. Nice name by the way," he greeted. He had no idea how to acknowledge her, so he decided he stopped talking. He was always uneasy with new people and wasn't sure how to approach someone. As he had spent a good portion of his life being by himself, it wasn't the easiest thing to start up a conversation. He stored the dagger into his storage box and slipped his hands into his pocket. "It's taking me an awful lot of time to level up," he mumbled, turning to Xylon. "You know I'm really slow at things."

The boy glanced at Akaryu's HP bar and nodded. "I noticed." Xylon spoke straightforwardly, but with and understanding tone and expression. Looking around, he scanned the fields for some group of Lazy Sheep for Akaryu to level up. Spotting a small herd in the distance, he lifted his bow and pointed. "See that herd over there? Go and level up, I'll cover you using my bow." Xylon nodded as he glanced at Akaryu.

Hm.. "Good eye, Reaper." Xylon nodded at the girl as he glanced over at Akaryu. "Go ahead, I'll provide cover with my bow." Xylon raised his bow again as he glanced at the Wolfen. It was pretty huge, trotting about with it's dark heads swinging back and forth as it looked around. It seemed ready for any player to attack as Xylon noticed the stance it was taking.

Akaryu nodded, taking his dagger out with his left hand. "Sure, thanks." He turned and headed over to where Reaper was pointing. The wolfen was unusually huge, more strong looking than he thought. He felt a shiver run through his back. It had been a while since he had hunted such beast. He crept forward until there was only a small distance and threw the dagger towards the wolfen. Fortunately it hit its flank, although a little shallow for it to have direct damage. As expected, it winded its body towards him with its fangs bared. "A little help please?" He called, dodging its first attack.

Xylon grabbed two arrows and loaded, letting out a breath as he aimed. Narrowing his eyes, he found the Wolfen's open spot: its exposed flank. As the two arrows flew at once, Xylon grabbed another arrow from his quiver and aimed. The Wolfen, who had been too focused on Akaryu, let out a yelp! as two arrows pierced its flank, dealing some damage. With a growl and shake of its heads, the two pairs of dark eyes searched for the attacker, Xylon had already disappeared from his spot, moving into the shadows as he climbed quickly up the tree.

Akaryu gave a quick nod of gratitude and continued attacking the wolfen. He managed to stab the beast before it bit him, while dodging the two arrows that came flying by. "Thanks for the help," he shouted across, but Xylon was already out of his sight. He wondered where he had went, as he had seen him near the tree. It was as if he was an agility player; but having more strength than him as well. Akaryu breathed out heavily and focused on the next beast near him. It was a Lazy Sheep, so there was no need to worry getting attacked before charging it.

Xylon had climbed the tree and sat in the shadows, watching Akaryu level up. Good, at least he wasn't on Level 1 anymore. The boy noticed a Lazy Sheep in the distance, and let out a breath as he aimed. Letting go of the arrow, it soared through the air and hit the Lazy Sheep, which exploded into pixels. A loud ding! caused Xylon to glance at his HP bar automatically, and he realized that he had leveled up.

Akaryu moved onto the next beast before taking a quick glance at his party member's levels. Apparently he was way behind them, as Xylon was already level three and Reaper close to leveling up. He let out a puff of air and threw his dagger towards the Lazy sheep near him. He dodged its first attack and directed his other dagger into its neck. The tactic wasn't so bad, as it didn't consume time that much as before. Akaryu checked his XP as the beast dissolved into pixels. "Quite a long way to go, huh," he muttered, sitting down to take a quick break.

Xylon shot one last Walker's Fleura before silently coming down his tree. Shouldering his bow, he walked over to Akaryu and took a rest, sitting down beside his party member. "Leveling up is a pain, huh?" Xylon spoke as he glanced at the boy. He looked up when Reaper had spoke, and nodded. Unlike the other, annoying parties he joined in various VRMMOs he joined, he liked this team a lot..for some reason. "Yeah, good work everyone."
