Niami placed her forehead on the table slightly dozing off as they waited

"Wow nice to see you care so much about the poor hungry child over here," Ivy said sarcastically, but her voice reveals the humor in the statement. "And do you ever think about anything other than food?"

Miles

Miles pauses, thoughtful, for a long moment. "Hm... No, no. Not really." He rubs his shoulder. "Actually, no, sometimes I think about sleep."

Mikaelan

Mika knocks on the door of Vadai's chambers. "Clan mother?"

Ivy stared at Miles open mouthed, unsure if she should laugh or be angry. "I'm offended that you care so little about me. I mean if you can't love people you met a day ago, who can you love?"

Nimai looked up and laughed, "Well Miles we aren't so different"

Vadai looked out and walked to the door opening it to reveal Mika, "Hm yes Mika?"

Miles grins. "Well, Ivy, you're like the sister I never had." He laughs because if Mei were here she'd be verbally beating him over that comment. "And Niami, you seem to share my sensibilities." He smirks.

Mikaelan

"The guests wish to dine." Mika says, bowing her head respectfully. "I came to ask you and some others to join."

"I don't know if I should be flattered or not," Ivy replied, with laughter in her voice. "But I'm not sure Mei will be too happy when she learns that you've replaced her." She looked toward the door of the room. "Speaking of Mei, do you think she'll be back in time to eat with us?"

Niami nods looking at the kitchen door waiting for the food

Vadia smiles and nods, "thank you Mika, I'll head over now"

((I'll probably keep Mei out for a little while but once I get bored or twiggy can post she'll return. :3))

Miles

Miles shrugs. "I've gone months without seeing her. If she finds something she wants to do she'll do it and she'll come back when she feels like it." Miles sighs. "She's probably got her own thing."

Mika nods and moves on to Nova's room, knocking at his door. "N-Nova?"

Ivy looked at him, wondering if he was joking or not. "You're serious? She's stayed out there by herself for months? Without even trying to contact you?" she asked in amazement.
