"it's the Miles charm." Coos the big man in reply. Mika dropped to the floor below her clinic and began to walk quickly toward the kitchen, forcing the group to hurry to keep pace.

"Once again, you are so full of it," Ivy scoffed. "Because I'm sure her helping us has everything to do with you, and nothing to do with the fact that maybe she's a nice person." She rolled her eyes at his arrogance.

Niami followed after and nodded in agreement with Ivy, "If you ask me, you have no charm whatsoever"

Miles & Mikaelan

Miles smirks. "Ouch." He sets his hand over his chest. "Well, I'll just have to prove you wrong sometime." He grins, his air of confidence almost glowing now. Mikaelan really doesn't understand what's happening, and is busy worrying about Nova's health to notice any of it. She steps into the kitchen and lets the curtain fall closed behind her.

Niami smirks, "I'm willing to bet on that" she said turning her attention to Mika who went behind the curtain

Ivy laughed at him. "I don't see how you'll be able to prove us wrong, especially since I bet Mei would agree with us, but go ahead. Wow me," she said, smiling.

Miles & Mikaelan

Miles shakes his head. "I'll prove it when you least expect it." He says, always confident, ever proud. Mikaelan peeks her head out of the curtain, then. "We should have our midday meal very soon. You may take your seats now, if you like. I will fetch the others." Mika scurries off without another word, shyly ducking her head.

Niami watches her go and smiles happily, "Who cares about charm anymore, all I need is food!" she says happily heading over to find a seat

"She seems very shy," Ivy remarked, watching the native girl hurry away. "But at least we will get food soon. I don't know if I would have lasted much longer," she said, feigning distress. "I'm practically dying over here."

Miles doesn't say anything, plopping himself into a seat and stretching out. "I could get used to this feast thing."

Mikaelan

Mika goes to search for Nova, Vadai, and all the other Destiree around. She wonders where the rest of the strangers are, but does not voice her concerns.
