Nightwatch watches ears swiveled up almost immediately, taking the offer in by surprise, "Will? Oh, thanks, Heronleap. I'll be back by sun down, perhaps before then." She mewed happily, hopping to her feet and rubbing his shoulder in thanks as he passed, tail high in relief. She accidentally left her lunch on the ground. The dark tabby took in the sweet sent of leaf fall right as she left the camp, peering through the orange foliage above her at a soft blue sky. She made a quick round around passed callen tree and moved at a quieter pace, smelling mice nearby in the tall brown grass next a birch tree.
