I have some updating to do on my list that I have on here, and then I might hopefully decide and try to add a few tolters to my stables. I just wish I had my laptop to do it with ;-;

The only possible way to get a custom is through livestream or a special event. It's against the rules to ask an artist for a custom so I would advice against that Just keep your eye out for artists who are streaming and they "might" be having a custom giveaway, but that depends on how they feel and the amount of work they already have to do.

You can sometimes get offered a custom through a couple different things such as join.me's and in some cases, competitions. You cannot bribe an artist into making you a custom, nor can you ask for one ^^ You must be offered one or win one.
