Greenstar watched Sootcloud make the kill. "Huh, nice job." He complimented. He moved next to her, and sat close enough so their pelts mingled. "I want to talk to you about something, Sootcloud." He said sheepishly. He looked at her, watching what her reaction would be.

She shook out her pelt after she washed it her muscles tensing " What is it? " meeting his gaze she stared at him with a questioning stare.

Shadowheart hissed in pain, not wanting to be too loud. The wound on her shoulder hurt really bad, and it made her vision fuzzy around the edges. "You know that's not what I wanted though!" She growled. The she-cat lunged at Buzzardclaw for the second time, this time biting his neck. She held on as tight as she could, tasting tangy blood dripping into her mouth.

Riverstorm nodded in agreement, slowing down. "I'm pretty tired myself." He sighed, out of breath. "I haven't run like that since I was an apprentice!" He laughed, giving his chest fur a few licks.

Greenstar shuffled his paws and looked at the ground shyly. "Well, the reason I didn't really have much affection for the other she-cats was because there was another she-cat that I had a connection with. She's amazing, brave, fierce… And, well, she's you." He said quietly, his voice barely a whisper. The tom was so scared the she-cat wouldn't feel the same.

"Yeah... But I was fun!" She looked up at Riverstorm. "We should do it again sometime!" She grinned, waving her tail about.

"It's not the worst, but it gets stuck in your fur and sometimes you can't get all of it off without going for a swim," Adderstripe said with a smile. "Here's a good place to start. Now, i'll catch something first, then you repeat it as best as you can." Adderstripe first sniffed the air, in hopes to catch the scent of a mouse or vole. Once he caught the scent, he crouched down and almost silently followed the scent. He could see a vole about five tail-lengths away. He continued stalking the vole, until he pounced on it, catching it. He picked it up with his mouth, and walked back over to Robin. "Your turn," He said smiling.

She gazed at him for a moment before burying her muzzle into his cheek " I like you to. " She whispered licking his cheek, she purred quietly gazing at him warmly.

"I'm going back to camp," Kestrelflame huffed, trotting back to camp with a twinge of horror in her mismatched eyes.

Buzzardclaw raked his claws down her side and neck, trying to free himself from her grasp. "Star...clan, forgive...her.." the tom gasped. He prayed that their ancestors would forgive her. It wasn't long until his movements slowed down.

Robin scented the air and soon enough, she found a mouse. The she-cat crouched down and stalked the small creature, but she got too close and it bolted off.

Riverstorm shrugged. "Maybe," He said with a wink. He walked into the camp, picking a robin from the fresh kill pile and took a bite, waiting for Flamewing to walk through the entrance after him.

Greenstar couldn't stop a purr that rose from his throat. "Sootcloud, will you be my mate?" He asked carefully, knowing it was a lot to ask.

Shadowheart unclenched her jaws from his throat, and watched him fall to the ground at her paws. She licked at the wounds she could reach, trying to stop the blood flow. "Oh, these? I fell in a thorn bush." She said out loud to no one, practicing what she would say if anyone asked about the scratches all over her.
