Steve frowned to himself, shoving his hand through his blond hair, ruffling it back. Sitting up in bed and rubbing his eyes with a closed fist, he wondered why Bucky had saved him. After all, the look in his eyes when he claimed 'You're my mission' proved anything but the fact that he wanted to save his life. Looking at a picture on his desk of himself and Bucky from an old 1943 newspaper, he wondered if he was even deservant of being Bucky's friend. Bucky was getting better but Steve was still trying to comprehend that his long-lost friend was still even alive, nevermind the fact that he tried to kill him, then saved him. Steve closed his eyes, laid back down in his stiff bed and groaned, trying to force himself back to sleep.
