Hawk roamed through the new territory, the scent of a clan obviously coated the whole area. He found clans to be cute little things; all these cats, related or otherwise, coming together and living life. Yet somehow clans were never fully at peace. While some put up a good little game of catch-that-loner, one word came to mind when he thought about clans; boring. They fought for goodness and all that. He just wanted a little game, and each time he got it, it ended the same.

Ashclaw padded out of Camp. He opened his maw, searching for prey scent.

Hawk caught the scent of a clan cat. His mind quickly decoded the basic information. Tom, warrior's age, a bigger than him. Hawk smirked. This could be interesting. Might as we'll let himself get caught. After all, where was the fun in staying hidden? So he purposely stood in a draft of wind that was blowing in the direction of where the warrior would be.

Ashclaw didn't scent any prey, but instead... could it be? An intruder? How had it gotten this far into Swiftclan's territory with no cat noticing? He curled his lip. He crouched down, starting to creep up on the intruder like he would on prey. It must be a big-headed idiot, if he lets himself be caught so easily, He thought.

Hawk heard the tom approaching. He still made no movements. Instead, his ear twitched a little when the tom was close enough to hear what he was saying. "I know you're there. I could smell you before you even knew I was here. And think about it, would any cat be stupid enough to walk into a draft of wind shooting towards a clan cat without a reason. You underestimate me my dear warrior."

Ashclaw opened his mouth to reply, then he faltered. "Who are you?" He managed say.

Hawk didn't even look at the warrior when he spoke, and his voice kept the same light and menacingly cocky tone. "Hawk, though I'm more like a spider. I have a web of allies that all fear me, and I know how to control each one of them; each little thread." He said. He smiled more and giggled a tiny bit. "I can guess your name easily. I caught a glimpse in the corner of my eye. I've been watching you all the past few days. Your life does amuse me Ashclaw."

Ashclaw's blood turned cold. He backed up a step, then he stepped forward, warrior blood and determination rushing through him. "You fool," He snarled to the rogue. "You don't scare me," He lied.

Hawk turned to look at him, keeping his smile. "You act brave, a little soldier. But I know your true emotions. Fear. Nervousness. I can hear your breath went it picks up. Your heart when it beats faster and faster. Bump! Bump!" Hawk said.

Ashclaw tried to calm his heart, but the rogue was right. His heart beat so fast, sending icy blood down his veins. "You know nothing of me," Ashclaw spat.
