I agree with Lufik, it's weird. It's difficult to understand for me how the pets that were VRs for very long suddenly turn rare and the new VRs stay very rare. In my opinion reactivating old accounts alone couldn't influence the rarity changes that much, there must be something more.

yeah... if isn't again active "like" milion old account ... I think that wouldn't make soooo big changes in rarity... I think that we could get some message from Tess, Nick or SF... why this happens.

EDIT: Yoyce... you must have true... there must be something more! Just look on my post up (I edited it) ... cats from halloween 13 went down on Uncommon! Why there wasnt uncommon from start when they was new and all account was active? Why they went down after almost one year? ... WEIRD

They must have adjusted the rates of each category. So now, more pets fall into a lower category than they had been.

Very Rare -> Rare

(Only the Pembroke storgi remains VR)


Does anybody know if any staff members have made statements regarding these past several months of "backwards" change? Has anyone asked?

this beta also went from rare to uncommon. well I'm done buying c$ except for store pets and list pets that don't lose their value.

Don't know if it was mentioned, but the ever so infamous White Feb, is back down to Rare as well.

coontail just dropped from OMGsr to VR. o.0 sneaky rarity drop, must've been recent! just traded for one less than a week ago and it was still OMGsr.
