Greenstar nodded, "You don't need to be sorry. Honestly, I didn't really understand why all these she-cats were going crazy all of a sudden. It just kinda clicked, right before Birchpelt, uh, fell in the water." He mumbled. The black cat took a bite of the mouse and chewed thoughtfully.

Bramblepaw felt his ears go hot. "Yeah the water is beautiful, and the she-cat… Yeah. I have a crush on someone. I don't know her really well, but she makes me happy when I'm around her so.. Yeah." He said quietly.

Spiderpaw felt all warm and fuzzy inside when she looked at Bramblepaw, but she dismissed the feeling and simply gave him a genuine smile. "That's nice....Though, you should know, I think my sister has her eye on you" she told him.

Bramblepaw looked at the ground far below their paws. "Oh." He said, then thought for a moment. "I wasn't talking about her. I think of her as more of a friend. I didn't think she 'had her eye on me'." He murmured.

she chuckled " And what is that hutch, that you have about birchpelt, and flamewing? " she kept out her name, she didnt want him to think she was crazy in loge or had feelings for him.

Spiderpaw chuckled. "Ya...I think she really likes you, but you can't blame her" she meowed, tail swaying. "After all, you are really great and it's a bonus that you're easy on the eyes. So I don't see why she-cats wouldn't fall head over paws for you"

Greenstar smiled. "They have crushes on me." He said definitely. "I know it," the tom paused for a moment, "but I honestly don't like either of them like that. They're both wonderful she-cats, sure, but I don't exactly think of them in that way." Greenstar said quietly.

Bramblepaw's ears pricked at what the she-cat said. "Does that include you..?" He asked, flashing her his best smile.
