Hands are tough to do, so I give kudos to you for even attempting. The piece as it is right now looks very flat. It has a lot of awesome traits thus far, and a great deal on potential, but I think maybe adding shoulder blade lines or spinal lines on her back would make the individual appear more dynamic. a background with a wide and open landscape will also add more dimension.
Besides that, you have an awesome start and I can't wait to see the finished product! Great job and keep up your awesome work- yah!
