[b]How much have your characters changed, both design-wise and personality-wise, over time?[/b]

I'm curious. My most changed character would be my gray wolf character Kolsa. She's taken another interesting design turn recently. And, after drawing her next to a few younger, smaller characters, I realized how much older I've made her to be over time. She is fully mature, I'd say, as I have no purpose in leaving her as a teenager anymore. I have enough young characters as it is.
But personality-wise she's also changed quite a bit. When originally part of my story she was around 14 (not human years, of course xD). Young, innocent, always up to play, full of energy, but despised her alpha in training role and wasn't afraid to break rules or sneak out of camp. I split the characters for the sake of doing tweaking without writing it all in, and she is now around 23 or 24. Kind of a royal snot face now. She's been through a lot in my story and my own idea for her has changed a lot; and I decided it wouldn't fit her to be so playful anymore. I have Kajah for that. So now she's kind of a snot but she does have a good heart.

So how about you guys? How much have your characters changed over time?

I just donated enough money for a sushidog! I heard the species is pretty popular and thought the whole opportunity to get
one at the moment was a best time to jump in. So I have to think about how to design one properly hehe, I'm excited!

So I just spent 3-4 hours doing the two things I can't do, pixeling and animating >3<
I love the signature pixels everyone seems to have,, and I wanted one, but Could never find anyone it seems. So I manned up and did this of Noaki:
My hand is cramping.. lol I drew him in sai then had to go relearn how to animate in gimp :T
Any ways I think it was worth the hard work x3

I don't really like to change my characters. It's hard for me to get down their personalities as it is, but I do manage.
