No. Why? Why do you care so much? Stop being creepy to people. They'll just think you're weird. If you keep showing you care, people will just think you're creepy, strange and will shun you again. Haven't you learned your lesson? You have to get to know people first before it is socially acceptable to actually tell them you care about them as a friend.
