"Ah, jeez. Thanks, I suppose." she said when her pack was given back. She looked through it to make sure nothing broke, and she hissed at herself when she found something had broken.
She closed the pack in anger but said nothing.

Ivy looked sheepishly at Kaja. "I hope nothing too important was in that bag," she said. She turned to Miles. "Maybe we've done enough hunting for today."

Miles

Miles shrugs. "Honestly? I'd love to just go take a nap." The idea makes him laugh because he immediately thinks of the lyrandi he destroyed.

Mikaelan

Mika doesn't question Nova's strange reaction or even their direction. She just walks loyally at his side.

Ivy laughed with him. "You no longer have a place to sleep though, because, to quote myself from earlier, you broke your bed, genius," she reminded him. She brushed some of her hair out of her face. "We should head back, though. Before we get a chance to do any more damage."

Nova sighs lightly, 'is it that obvious that I like Mika?' he thought to himself

Miles shrugs. "If I hadn't made any trouble I'd have considered this a wasted morning." He replied happily. "Maybe they'll have made lunch."

Mika, after a long moment, looks up at Nova. "Where are we going?"

Nova snaps out of his thoughts, "Anywhere you'd like to go, I'm happy being around you"

Mika smiles at this and squeezes his hand. "I try not to stray from the clinic, I've no idea where we could go."

Ivy shook her head. "Do you ever not cause trouble?" she asked, thinking of how much commotion he'd caused in the little time they'd been there. "But maybe they do have lunch, I'm getting hungry."

"I'm a bounty hunter, hun. My whole job is to cause trouble." He chuckles then nods. "Right. The tree is this way." He nods in the direction they originally came.
