MEET Grayfeather AND JAYWING

"Well, I'm Grayfeather, and he's Jaywing!"

History;;
(Told from Jaywing's point of view)
Jaykit was always a wild, reckless kit. He often got himself and his brother in trouble, sneaking out of camp and getting into things he wasn't supposed too. Graykit was a shy, timid kit, who usually went along with whatever his brother did. He was gullible and easily convinced. (Jaykit was named for purely after his grandfather, whom passed the moon before. Graykit is named for his pelt, which resembles the silver moon.) Featherwing often scolded them.
Graypaw and Jaypaw were apprenticed to Woolyfur and Smallcloud. Jaypaw was a reckless, stubborn, hardheaded apprentice. He didn't change much from kithood. Graypaw, however, came out of his shell and opened up. By this time he had gained the friends and didn't always listen to his brother.
Jaypaw was always thinking up reckless, hairbrained schemes that he thought would have them made Warriors sooner. He was still able to convince Graypaw to help him. They were always in trouble, Jaypaw most of all.
When the two were eight moons, disaster struck. Two dogs had escaped a Twoleg one day, and had intruded into the camp. Most cats were to shocked to reacte quickly. The dogs reached the apprentice's den first. If Featherwing hadn't taken the blow for him, Jaypaw would be dead. Featherwing lost her life in that battle.
Finally, the time came for them to become warriors. Jaypaw, right before he was given the name the leader had chosen, asked if he to pick his own. This he became Jaywing, in honor of his mother. The lives of Jaywing and Grayfeather have been normal since they became warriors.
