At least, she still has Merlin.

Also, in the last ever episode, when Arthur passes away.
You can see her, sad... Probably thinking about all the people she lost.

I just love the scene with Gwaine and the Bees.

Gwaine: Food! * Goes to bee's nest. *
Leon: Are you trying to get us killed? I:
Gwaine: We're riding to our deaths anyway! * Looks through nest for honey. *
Gwaine sees bees and they start chasing him....
Gwaine: * Runs away *
Other Knights including Arthur: * stares at him as he runs away. *

I just had another idea!

So in the scene, where Morgana is killed.

They could of done it like this. Also, some of the start is based from a fanvideo someone did, the fanvideo inspired stuff is in bold..
Morgana has come to Arthur to say sorry and she regrets her actions.
Merlin sees Morgana.
Merlin is unsure whether he trusts her and tells her to run away, never attack Camelot again.
Morgana runs away.
Later, Merlin takes Arthur to Kilgharrah and they fly to the isle of Avalon where Arthur is healed.
Later, Merlin and Arthur come back to Camelot in happiness.

Morgana comes to camelot begging to come back home. Twists and stuff happen.

Yeah... buffy ran for a long time... it was one of the few things people seemed to recognize the name 'Joss whedon' for... well until avengers came out. (Whedonverse fangirl over here. )

Merlin had 5, that's nothing to sneeze at. (i've adored shows that have one season... I'm still mad at the BBC a little for cancelling Dirk Gently... and Fox for almost human and firefly...)

actually if you count classic who as well, Dr who probably has more seasons than anything else I'm aware of.

I love Weirdsister College, it only has one season though.
