Decided she wanted to take a walk in the forest. With Darkpelt sleeping (she didn't see him fall) and the rest training. Only Mistystar and Cardinalflight were in the camp and they wouldn't follow her. She wandered thoughtlessly through the forest

I nodded "Defensive or offensive?" I asked "Defensive is if they are going to attack first and offensive is if your planning on making the first attack."

I nodded "So you want to crouch down.. but keep your paws firmly on the ground, you don't want to lose your footing. And then Have your paws in front of you to block anything, not underneath your shoulders." I told him as I demonstrated

"Wha....? I think it's sprained and there's no blood... you'll have to check to see if it's sprained or not." He licks the area where it hurts

"Mind if I watch?" she asks Brightstream

SmallPaw nodded and tried to mimic her. His crouched down and put his paws in front, but his hind legs were poorly planted into the ground.
