Jessica was able to finally hear him. Easton, I saw them, my parents, she started to tell him but instantly clung on to him. She just wanted to be held. My mother, she was gorgeous but she wasnt too nice, she didnt want me to come back, but my dad wanted me to, I even had his eyes, but he started to tell me about myself, saying I wasnt just a dragon but my mother came back and he sent me here again, she gently laid her head on his shoulder as she started to get drowsy.

OOC: It's getting late, so I'll pretend Easton is starting to go back to the kingdom with Jessica. I'd prefer not to go too far because I don't want to leave Shira behind. Short posts cuz I'm lying on my side. Also, how will Akyra react when Bayard gets shot? XD

Careful not to disturb her, Bayard came to sit a little ways away from her. He propped his elbows against his knees and placed his face in his hands. "Uh...I guess I've had it before. So this...déjà vu thing...but worse...it makes you scream?" He lifted his chin to glance at her, though his sea green eyes were darkened in the lighting. "You don't have to lie to me, Akyra. Something is clearly bothering you."

(Oh i dunno xD i planned on her changing his fate, but i dont mind your idea xD she'll probably flip out a bit and go into protective mode lol)

Akyra follows his lead, leaning forward with her elbows resting on her knees. Stiff as a board or flimsy like rubber. Those seemed to be her only two choices right now. She takes a shaky breath, shaking her head a bit. "No not really...Its just..." She stops, unsure how to continue, before finally trying again. "You will probably think im crazy...But i see things sometimes. Its hard to tell what im dreaming, or what im seeing, but..." She trails off again, not even caring she probably wasnt making much sense. She hesitates again, debating on whether she wanted to say more or not. She had never so much as hinted at this, not even to Storm...

Nova blinked, trying to clear his vision to see the figures clearly. His nose twitched and his tounge flickered from his lips as his tested scents. 'A human and dragon...' He .

I nodded, taking in a quick breath i helped carry Jessica back.

"Please don't spread." I whispered as I eyed the streak.
One of Jessicas scale dug into my flesh but i ignored the pain as we neared the castle.

"Hang in there." I murmured as we reached the castle gates.

Jessica rested in Easton's arms, gradually feeling colder. Though while they were moving, she felt the pressure on her bad wing, only this time pain shot through her body, making her cringe in pain. She gripped on to easton's shirt tightly and winced. Stop, it hurts, she cried but knew only Easton could hear her. She whined loudly and her wings started to flutter again.

Easton winced as she gripped on to his shirt, but ignored her cries. I'm sorry, I'm trying not to-- He was cut off as his metal leg struck a stone, causing him to stumble a bit. He regained his balance and continued going. The castle was before them now. He glanced up, his leg burning with the strain of having to run so far and carry another person at the same time.
The boy looked over at Kakana. "We're here. We just need to get her to the healers, okay? Could you run ahead and tell them we're coming?" He knew painfully well that he wasn't a fast runner. Either due to his leg or lack of endurance, it was far more difficult than it had been when he had his left leg. His gait was very uneven--and he knew it must be painful for Jessica. But she had to withstand a little more. Blizzard was circling overhead, keeping a sharp eye out for any other enemies.

"I don't think you're crazy," Bayard said quickly. "I...my dreams aren't exactly like that. I mean, I've had dreams before...but never...never as vivid as what you are saying." Maybe, to try and lighten the mood, he said: "I had this dream one time I was riding a horse. A black one, real big. And...I was riding along and suddenly I hear this voice behind me. It's my dad, and he's on the back of my horse. Then, for some reason, everything smells like a bakery and my teeth start falling out..." Bayard blinked. He looked at Akyra with a grin. "Weird, right? What was your dream about?"

Jessica held on to him tightly, only wanting to lay down. Then she saw her father again. Why do you keep leaving me, she asked but he didnt answer her question. Instead he responded differently. "Why are you causing more trouble? Just listen to your human. You can't come back here. It's not safe." He said to her then looked at Easton. He was only able to see the boy because Jess was touching him. He kinda followed them but watched Jessica and Easton. Her heart rate was slowly decreasing and she closed her eyes to rest.

I nodded.

"I suppose i can do that..." I answered as I quickly covered my injured arm.
I waved a quick "see you later" to Blizzard and Easton as i dashed off into the castle.

I entered the castle and looked around.
With so many doors its gonna take a while to find the one that leads to the healers. I thought bitterly.
I started on the left and working my way through the hallway.

I opened a large black door and found some of the healers working on the wounded.
I quickly told them what had happened and they quickly agreed to help Jessica.
I then led them towards the gate of the castle.

Easton let out a breath of pure relief, and as the healers approached he allowed them to take Jessica. As soon as she was taken from his arms he followed them at a close range, then glanced back at Kakana.
"Your arm!" He said, casting a worried glance at her injury. "You should get that looked at, too. It could get infected." He paused for a moment, looking from her and back to his injured dragon.
Then, without another word to Kakana, he went after the healers who had carried Jessica inside and were already beginning to find a place to lay her down and tend to her wounds. Easton wasn't at all worried about his own injuries, as the bleeding along his jaw had already stopped and he hadn't really been hurt that bad. Knocked around a bit, but okay.
