So, you know how the author of the journals is unknown? I noticed that Dipper keeps referring to the author as "he." But: what if the author's actually a girl/woman?

I mean, it's not super important, but I'm just curious about it.

Also, do you think Dipper and Mabel's parents will be mentioned/seen? Is it possible they'll play a big role in any of the next season(s)?
