Imma just throw in my opinion on the mutations uvu
Personally, I don't think the mutations should be a thing you for. Maybe the artist has the option to choose when to do mutations (as long as they're not doing them all the time), but I don't think it should be rolled for- some designs would look better with mutations, while others would look better without. If the artist is already having trouble with the design, adding mutations would make it even harder; or, if the artist has a perfect design in mind without mutations, but they roll for mutations, they can't do the design they know would look better. That's just me, though.
