Ivy turned around again, laughing again. "You know I'm beginning to think you don't really want to catch anything," she teased. "Although for a second there I wasn't sure you were still behind me, it was very hard to hear you."

Nero woke to a pounding headache and several bruised ribs, the strange sounds of wildlife assaulting his ears fullforce. "Hypatia?" He struggled to a seating position, wincing in pain. "Hypatia?!" Even speaking hurt; nothing he could do about it, his ribs would heal on their own; it was just going to take a few painful days. He pulled himself to a standing position using the ejected rubble around him and looked around.

"I'm here, calm down." Hypatia swept her long hair from her face as she stepped back into the clearing, her face lightly brused and a small cut on her neck, otherwise unhurt from the crash landing. Her being here was a mistake; she was a treasured cadet, the daughter of a Commander, but the sister of a pirate. If she hadn't been visiting Nero when he'd been caught, she'd be fine. Instead of being in her comfortable dorm with her best friends, she stood dirty and bloody on a strange planet. They would come for her, eventually, or so she hoped.

((Incidentally, Mei was moving toward the ship when I saw this. I don't know if they're close, but if they are she could stumble in?))

Miles

Miles shrugs his great shoulders. "I don't know enough about this place to hunt properly. Mei is probably out now trying to learn more about the animals. Honestly I don't do much when she's not around." He rubs his neck guiltily.

Mei

Mei leaps from branch to branch, going nowhere in particular. Her wrist glows with a faint bluish light; the computer on her wrist scanning and measuring computations she couldn't care less about. She pauses for a breath and checks her wrist where she find that she's nearing the ship. She immediately moves toward it; hoping to scavenge a few supplies. She drops from a tree near where they crashed.

Nero shifted his weight to another stone, wincing and swearing softly. "Have you seen any of the others we got ship wrecked with? Anyone at all?"

Hypatia shook her head. "I wasn't looking. It's a very beautiful place, I haven't seen such a green planet since I was a little girl. The holodecks don;t do them justice."

Nova steps a little closer to Kaja he clears his throat, "Um..." was all he muttered out not good at catching other attention unless he was complaining about something

Mei

Mei starts for the ship entrance when her wrist begins to blink angrily. She lifts her arm to look at the screen and sees to heat signatures nearby. She taps the screen to stop the blinking and stringing an arrow, she moves toward the signature expecting to find some kind of native animal. Instead, she stumbles in to the clearing shared by the brother and sister.

Ivy smiled at him in exasperation. "You know, somehow that doesn't surprise me," she joked. She kept walking, looking at all the strange plants around them.

Miles

Miles shrugs. "I'm just the muscle." He says calmly. He stoops low, noticing a plant with soft coloration and a bite taken out of one of the leaves. "We can try this."

Hypatia dove back into the brush, then quickly resurfaced. This was a bounty hunter, while not like the official and militant looking as the ones she knew, she felt she had nothing to fear. Quite a few of her former classmates had followed the path. She lightly walked over to her brother and grabbed her messenger bag from its side.

Nero hadn't bothered moving, just put his free hand halfway up in the air. "Hey, not animals, just starving, pained humans." He spat a mouthful of blood on the ground beside him, leaning back into the rock with a huff.

Mei

Mei looks between the pair for a moment before putting her arrow away and clipping her bow to her quiver. "You know, usually starved, pained humans are the thing I use this bow on." She grumbles, but without any threat in her voice. "Or they're paying me huge amounts of money. One or the other." She doesn't make an attempt to come closer to either, only lifts her left arm. From the computer on her wrist a light appears, roving over Nero and Hypatia; a scanner.
