After cleaning up the mess, I returned to my post at the cash register.

I walked over to the cash register, sitting on the counter until I had to fix or clean something else.

I leaned forward, resting my head on my elbows. I could tell Dipper was feeling the same was I was, as he lifted himself up into the counter.

"Sometimes this job can seriously be the worst," I noted with a soft sigh. Spending the summer in Gravity Falls has been great, but I didn't appreciate all the work that came with it.

"Tell me about it," I sighed, for I had been working here since I was fourteen(?). It was impressive that I had put up with Stan for a year.
