LOL!!!!!!! I cant believe this!!! So I was looking up Kevin Michael Richardson (He does the voice of Shredder on TMNT) And I found out.. HE DOES OFFICER BLUBS VOICE!!!!!!! It's really hard now to take Shredder seriously while I see the picture of Officer Blubs saying "Quit Reading my Mind" Then he starts running around shirtless under a fire hydrant
