She gave her brother a strange face, before mewing,"okay mama!"

Silentvoice stood at the fresh-kill pile, picking through it for something to eat. He scented Featherstone on a bird, and he assumed he'd caught it. He pulled it off the pile, but dropped it at his paws when he spotted Roseheart. His gaze locked on the small fluffballs in her nest. They must have been born recently. His jaws shifted as soundless words spilled through them and he turned his gaze away, appetite lost.

She walked out of the nursery. Roseheart gazed into the forest, wondering when her mate would be back. She padded to the freshkill pile hungerily, but stopped and just stood infront of Scilentvoice as he looked at her kits. Roseheart knew he hadn't forgiven her. She lowwered her head and nudged the bird back to his paws gently. Starclan, I feel like I ruined your life... She thought to herself. "I wish you could understand..." She said slowly to him, testing the words.

Silentvoice looked at the bird, then at her. He watched her mouth, his jaws mimicking hers. His fur along his back bristled slightly and he dropped his gaze to the bird again. He wasn't hungry now. Besides all he did was eat and sleep. The bird should go to someone who'd need it. He swatted the bird towards the nursery and looked at her for a heartbeat before he started padding back to the elders den.

Featherstone nuzzled his kits fondly before he looked outside the nursery to look for his mate.
