She gives her a cold stare. "That's nice," she says unemotionally. She sniffs the room and makes a sour face. She pulls out air freshener from her bag, and sprayed the room. "Much better," she adds. She pushes her hair out of her face. Her bony structure protrudes as she bends over to grab a bottle of nail polish. She looks as if she might die of starvation.

She Felt Herself Gasp Mentally, But No Physically. She Looked Around, Really Confused. "Ummmmm, Soooo" She Said. She Noticed How Dull Everything Was. RAINBOWS She Thought, But She Didn't Do. Rainbows will Haz To Wait She Told Herself.

Calden took no notice of her habit, instead trying to think through how to answer her. "I would believe it to be so, that the possibility of majority of us having a power that ties in with a talent." He rubbed at his chin while he thought. I wonder if my hypothesis is correct.
Calina, on the other hand, was lost in her own world as usual. Her eyes wondered around the area they were in, taking in all the details of the path's surrounding area. The sunlight shone through the tree leaves, and the smell of the ocean was soothing.

Macey ~ 17 ~ Bored ~ In her dorm
She watches her, "So, what's your talent?" She asks this in a way, that obviously says she is bored. She blows hair out of her face, than lies on the bed. "It's like a prison. Grey walls, bars on windows," she says pointing at the windows.


Erin ~ 17 ~Thinking~ On path
Erin nods, "Yeah, that would make sense." She rubs her hands together, out of boredom. "So, shall we continue?" She bends down to her bag, and picks it up. She pulls it onto her shoulder, than starts towards the dorms.

Calina snapped out of her daydreaming, smiling as she clasped her hands together in front of herself. "Come on, Cal! We should go with her," she said excitedly, eyes wide with joy at the possibility of having her first friend on the island. Calden was a sucker for his sister's happiness, nodding as he followed behind the two girls, happy to allow Calina to take up the talking now.
Which she did. Her arms swung from side to side as she half skipped, half walked beside Erin. "I don't think I asked this, but where did you originally come from?" She tried racking her brain for the conversation from before Erin noticed her powers, and if Calina was honest with herself, which she seemed to be dealing with rather well. She remembered when she first noticed her powers, not a pretty sight that was of her.

Erin ~ 17 ~ Smiling~ On path
She smiles as she turns to see Calina. "I'm from Nebraska, " she says as she rolls on her heels, "the Corn Husker State." She thinks about the fields by her house, and during corn harvest when her allergies begin. She sneezes thinking about sneezing. She chuckles, as she thinks of how ironic that is.

Jaden ~ Bothered ~ Dorm

Why did I do that? I wonder. Well, I guess showing him my power means I trust him, at least in his eyes. "Well, uh... I made the cat. Ish. It's an illusion. That's my power. I make illusions. Do you like cats? Sorry, I should have asked. Though if you were allergic, it couldn't hurt you that way, because it's not really a cat... Am I making sense? Heh, sorry if I'm rambling." I pet the cat. It purred in response. Cats are so simple to please.

"Power?" he says as he raises an eyebrow. He squeezes his bed. "P-powers?" he repeats. He blinks slowly, than takes a deep breath. "Does everyone...have these..." he breaths heavily, "Powers?"

((Sorry. I was confused, because Percy asked where the cat came from, and I thought he'd know if he made it...))

Jaden ~ Amused ~ Dorms

"Well, I'm pretty sure everyone here does." I make the cat disappear. He seemed creeped out, and that's what a 'friend' would do. "I mean, you have powers, I have powers, I was probably sent here because of these powers..."

Percy ~ 16 ~ Awkward ~ Dorms
"Ergh, I don't have powers, " he says awkwardly. His face turns red. It blatantly shows he is lieing, as he holds his breath, staring at Jaden. "Isn't that a girl's name? Jaden?" He says to change the subject. He bounces on his bed restless. Everyone has powers? Pffft. Not Piper. She would tell me, right? He bites his lip anxiously.
