Ty's pencil moved up and down his page, sketching. He had taken some notes on the project? but wasn't sure what to do next, as he didn't yet have a partner to work with.

Margot .:. the new kid .:. When the teacher turned around, Margot got up from her chair and moved to one much nearer to Bailey. She scaled over him with her eyes, a smirk slowly crossing her face.

Jesse .:. what a nerd .:. oh god, what do I do? what do I doooo? His mind raced, not entirely sure what to do, obviously. He wanted to talk to Aurora, but he was considered a nerd, and she was. . a gorgeous cheerleader. It was like.. major highschool taboo.

Aurora kept flicking her gaze over to Jesse, actually interested in somebody for once. He was cute, in her eyes. Maybe she'd talk to him sometime...

Jesse .:. what a nerd .:. A light blush crossed his cheeks and he looked at the walls, trying not to stare at the girl. The clock was ticking and the end of class was nearing. He impatiently fiddled with his flannel sleeve. Maybe he'd talk to her after class, if he could work up the guts.

Aurora leaned back in her chair, her gaze flicking to the boy every so often. Yes, he had definitely sparked her interest. Plus, she found it kind of attractive that he was different from most guys.

Jesse .:. what a nerd .:. only a couple more minutes he fumbled with a ton of things, it was a nervous habit. He fixed his sleeve, played with his hair, bit his lip, and then finally the bell rang, the class was over. He quickly hopped out of his chair, which caused him to stumble and trip, dropping just about everything he had in this hands. For several seconds, he didn't even have a reaction, until finally the embarrassment hit and he let out a long sigh.

Aurora found herself getting to her feet and walking over to where Jesse was. Without a word, she crouched down and retrieved several of the books he had dropped.

Jesse .:. what a nerd .:. He was utterly confused as she assisted him, his eyes wide and his eyebrows raised. He didn't question it though, he grabbed some of his books and papers and then looked at her, running his hands through his hair. "Oh god, I, uh.. Thank you." He gave a sheepish grin.

[bramble;]

As she straightened up and held out his books to him, Aurora flashes a genuine smile. It was small, but it was definitely there before is faded when she blew a curl of hair from her eyes.
"I think you dropped these." She said, her voice soft.

Jesse .:. what a nerd .:. Even her voice was gorgeous, he nodded quickly and took them from her. "Y-yeah, I believe so.." He took a deep breath and tried to stand a little taller. "Thanks so much, uh, I'm Jesse." He smiled again, meeting her gaze with his own.
