Im not gonna say it all right here but Sam's mom died in a house fire. His dad took to drinking so his brother who was older then him by four years took care of him till sam was twelve. Then sam refused to let dean baby him as much. They always travelled around never having a real home. Their dad wasnt very kind with them, and he died when dean turned 17, sam was about 13 at teh time and when dean was 19 they got in a car accident. Sam was raised by his adoptive uncle Bobby Singer. Sam was fifteen when his big brother died...that was one year ago. On January 16th to be exact....kind of strange that dean died as sam's birthday present.
