"Okay!" The history teacher clapped loudly, which made Lumina jump a little. "You'll be starting a research paper with a partner, team up everyone!" Immediately, everyone got up, teaming up with their friends. Frowning, Lumina sighed. Research papers. Today is my lucky day, Her shoulders dropped as she let out a long breath and turned around with a smile. "Aloha partner."

"Right." Keegan nodded and began listening to the boring lecture on biology-related stuff the biology teacher was giving. Because..biology.

Fleur did her best to pay attention to her teacher, but her thoughts just kept drifting off to other things. After around five minutes, she did a mini jump in her chair and frantically scribbled something down, making a note of a fabric idea she had just had. It was a habit of hers to flinch, jump, and even exclaim random things whenever she had a particularly good idea.

Her eyes widened in surprise for a second. She glanced around the room and realized she was the only person she knew, if not even knowing her name counted as knowing. She gave her a smile that was a little forced and said, "Hey."

"Thanks," Aurora flashed him a little grin, resting her hands in her lap. "So, how come we haven't met before?"

Lumina grinned, happy that Ellie opened up to her a bit. "Alright partner, so..the theme is American revolution. What do you think we should focus on?"

Keegan noticed that Fleur had jumped in her seat, immediately scribbling something down. Was something wrong? He shook his head as he rested his chin on his hand, doodling in this notebook.

"History isn't exactly my strong subject." She said quietly. That was an understatement, last year she almost didn't get her credit for taking history, she almost failed.

After noting down her idea, Fleur slipping into a half daydream, swirling random shapes onto the page she was currently using. There were a few notes written down that were related to the lessons, but they were just abbreviated words that would only make sense to Fleur, possibly not even her.
