"Keep laying like that and you could fool anyone really." Though it was meant to be light hearted and joking, he couldn't push the tone as easy as he thought. He'd never tried to be happy or nice before, so starting out was rather rusty.

He gathers a few blue, white and light yellow flowers to send Brook away with, though he felt out of place not having known her too well. He eyes Moony a bit when she enters camp with the body nearby, but he doesn't say anything, only continues to gather tribute.

"The best I'm going to try. After all, I'm not gifted with humor and fun like Haunter or the rest of his generation. Think you can do better?" He feels like she's more open to conversation than she puts out to be, but he doesn't complain out loud about being picked out of all these weirdos.
