You have already posted with almost the same question. And you were already answered:

As Tails.exe said, there are plenty of Floratins up for adoption. You can find them under the main image under the first page. It'll show different colored ones. The best thing to do, if you are uncertain which are open or not is check the archive. Another way to tell is if they say "Adopt Me!" on the image.
Custom Floratins are also open if none of the current ones fit what you want. As Tails.exe mentioned, there is a form to fill out and it is located on the first page. These slots are limited however. c:

Reference/Description: The base color is red with white paws and white swirls on it's back hip, and white dots above its eyes (like the orange dots on the Sunback) but done with an airbrush (if possible xP)
Color Of flower/flower ref: (Could you add the little nibbles to the flower on the head and rump? Not sure if that counts as a line edit. If it does, then just leave it out ^^)
