At Gakuen Hetalia academy something has gone very wrong! One day England, who was trying to curse America , cursed every student in the entire school! He cursed them to be able to shift into mythical creatures! Though this usually happens at full moon, it can also happen when they're really angry/really sad. When they shift, they don't remember anything that happened to them in that form, though they might be able to take control when they're in that form.
