Rose ran into a bush, hiding from Jack, he was a strange man and she wasn't ready to face him yet.

He looked from Jack to Rose and back again. "I have to go make sure Rose is okay," he explained, darting off into the bushes.

Rose's eyes where twitching and she was trying to hold back tears, but she was obviously sad, her ears pressed against her skull and tail puffed up.
