(It does that to me too. Its because 1, I can't stay still for longer then 10 seconds so I cant smoothly and slowly do lines. 2, I have a spazy mouse)

(Either your mouse is spazzy, or you've got both a mouse and a tablet plugged in... I find my tablet spazzes if I try to use it while the mouse is plugged in. (Though it's a useless spazzy piece of junk anyway. It's too old now.) And my mouse will spazz if my tablet is plugged in and I've left it's pen on it instead of keeping distance between them. xD)

(I do all my digital art with my mouse. While I do have a tablet I might as well not because it's useless. You just have to get used to mouse and not have a glitchy one.)
