Someone is asking for one of my "Ultra rare" glasswork dragons, and is offering 90...coins? and a rare otterling. Is that even remotely fair? I only have about a week of seniority on Eldemore.

It's maybe close to fair, but that glasswork has also been going for more in other trades. :)

I've been checking for like 2 hours too. I keep going to the site and clicking news or homestead to see if the message is gone yet ;.;
