Dark's customs

I am a new artist, and cant do many animations, I can do an eye wink and color change, and what the second cat does though. I cant add new lines well because of the website im using, but yeah. pm me for a custom please

this one was for a litter

Dark skull , may i have a custom
Main color : white
Design : swirls that change color on the tail ( change any color you like c: ) and on the paws and on the ears and nose just change color please
Extra : wings that have swirls on tips that change color - and a paw that changes colors on her hip
Animation : eye wink and tail swaying ( any direction )
Eye color : one eye blue other dark red
Back round / if possible \ : any where you want
