Design Description/ref: Sitting down, eyes sparkling, ears back, red cheeks, pretty much blushing. tail curled around legs
Orb Color:light blue spirals, white top pelt, black underbelly, dark blue eyes,inside od ears are purple, right front paw is a white paw, the other 3 paws are black,it's tail is white
Animation? If so, what kind?:Tail moving up and down and it's cheeks normal then red
When do you want it done?:Does'nt matter

Name of cat(optional) Roxy
Animations- Tail wag (slow-ish) and maybe blinking eyes? It's ok if you don't have time for the blinking
Design or Reference-

It has a b&w border collie pattern, with a rainbow tail, rainbow ears, and rainbow paws! it does not have to be fluffy like the collie )
Orb Color(put random if you want colors from the picture)- rainbow (glittery is you can :3)
Eyecolor- blue
Wing color (put no if you don't want wings)- blue

Still working on animations, but I can do an eye wink and color change, and what the second cat does though. I can add new lines. I can do breedings too, just pm the breeding form
