A short story about a day in her heard:(minimum 300 words) It was a lovely warm day, and Zodiac was sitting in the grass, watching the other graze. It seemed like a normal day, until the loud, angered yowl of a mountain lion cut through the air. Zodiac immediately jumped to her hooves and saw the mountain lion, sneaking up on a younger mare. Zodiac charged straight at the lion, taking it by surprise. Her head connected with the cat's side, sending it flying a few yards away. The mountain lion let out a growl of pain. Zodiac charged it again, sending the cat running into the brush, and leaving behind a safer herd.
