Hey plumerian owners and non-owners! This thread is dedicated to giving away free gift art for lucky plumerians and their owners!
So basically this is just a gift art thread with a fancy name ^w^

How it works: It's simple; every once in a while I will do a random draw on numbers, and the number I pick is the lucky plumerian that will be given gift art.
